President Greetings of Maihama Club Dainichi Corp. is an enterprise which has developed good housing for over 70 years. We aim at making your new housing feel like "my home". Our company learned from the advanced welfare system of Sweden and established our first private nursing home "Maihama Club Fujimi Samvaro" in April 2004. Furthermore, in September 2007, "Maihama Club Shinurayasu” was established for the 70th Anniversary of the Dainichi Group. Staff training and encouragement of noble ambitions is the key strategy of Maihama Club. Safe-guarding daily life is the philosophy of the Dainichi Group, where Maihama Club is our provider of this motto to the elderly who are our great predecessors. Thank you. Maihama Club Ltd. The policy of the Care in Maihama Club 1. The user’s intention and hope are esteemed and the self-decision of the user’s is highly valued. Furthermore the staff sympathizes with the user’s feelings. 2. We work in teams to provide the appropriate care and nursing services based on an individual care plan. A conference to uphold the appropriate care is hold on a regularly basis. 3. We respect the irreplaceable individual user’s life and we have a good communication with the users and their families. 4. We do the effort to provide a safe and protected living place and we assist and try not to inhibit the freedom of the users. 5. We aim to assist a 24 hours terminal care by cooperating with the medical institution. Users are able to live in their own room, where they feel at home, as long as possible. 6. We will give you the information of the current state and the issue of the facilities and we aim to have an open facility by having management meeting etc. with the users and their families. Moreover, we have a human relations exchange with the community as a member of the local society.
